Help with custom data driven panels

Hey all,

I’m a little stuck on how to achieve what I’m try to do.

Essentially I’m attempting to have a data driven repeater list act as a hover menu that upon hover on each item, it updates content in a seperate container relating to that item.

The list on the left is the hover list. The area on the right has an image, tagline and description that I’d like to dynamically update based on which item in the left is “selected” by hovering.

Ideally, I’d like to use data collections to hold this content to allow for easier updating later down the track or duplication for other uses.

I’ve tried a number of things, with dataset filters, manual code things, and stuff like that. But I was probably not using the code correctly :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyone have ideas? :slight_smile:

Have you seen the Mega Menu example? It’s not quite what you’re looking for, but it could be a starting point.

I moved this post to Coding with Velo. Hopefully someone who checks out that category will have some ideas.

@marlowe-shaeffer Thanks! I’ll check it out :slight_smile:
