Howdy. I am looking for some support with a few element designs I can’t seem to accomplish on my own. I am not familiar with code but if someone could point me in the right direction where I might get tutorials on how to do these things I would appreciate it.
first, I am trying to create this type of box that has different tabs that can be clicked to display information:

Lastly, I am trying to learn how to create an image with spots that can be hovered over to also display more information. This can be seen in action at www.petstop.com if you scroll down just a bit
