I’m having trouble with
I need to break down my payout amount from the Wix store by item for accounting purposes (I need to track revenue per item). We only offer six products, but the Payout report doesn’t identify the sales by item and the Sales by Item doesn’t accurately reflect the numbers in the payout.
I can’t be the first person who needs to track accurate revenue by item. Wix customer support states that you cannot obtain this information.
Has anyone figured out a way to get accurate itemized amounts?
