Hi, I found an MP4 file and a Word file in 'Visitor Uploads in my Media manager. I have no idea how they got there. Thoughts please?

No need for any apology at all.

You are not the first and definitely won’t be the last person either to post a question in the Wix Code forum that should really go to Wix Support instead.

Unfortunately, most of the time these questions that get put into the Wix Code forum simply don’t get answered unless a Wix Mod or another user tells them to try Wix Support instead.

Anyways, hope Wix Support sort out your issue for you.
