You could try to recreate it using animations. It may not be a good idea to make a header out of it, but instead make it in a section (although it’s possible to apply to the header as well).

So, for the text elements, button and logo, you can directly add an animation to it. As for the image, it’s a bit different, you have to apply an animation to the image, add this image inside a container, and add an animation to the container as well, so you would emulate the same effect.
