Question:
How to Hide Total Revenue from Orders Page on Wix?
Product:
Wix
What are you trying to achieve:
I’m facing an issue with my Wix store and hoping someone here might have a solution. I have staff members who need access to the orders page to prepare and manage orders. They have “Store” permissions assigned to them. However, at the top of the Orders page, there is a section displaying the total revenue (e.g., “Total Revenue NZ$ $$$”), which shows the cumulative sales on my site.
This information is confidential and should not be visible to my staff. Unfortunately, after contacting Wix support, I was informed that there’s no built-in way to hide this information from users with “Store” permissions.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a workaround? Any advice or tips on how to hide or remove this total revenue display would be greatly appreciated.
What have you already tried:
I called Wix and they aknowledge this is a security issue but dont know how to fix it

Any update on this? for a business, this is considered as a severe security flaw, my staffs can even view my finance report???
No answer whatsoever from Wix…
I got this silly answer…
I wanted to follow up on your case related to the Total revenue appearing on the Orders page.
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not possible to customize or hide certain elements for specific contributors. This means that when a site contributor has access to a particular area of your site or dashboard, they can see all the information included in that section. Since the custom role you’ve created has access to the Orders tab, those contributors will also see the Total Revenue displayed at the top.
I understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but we really appreciate your feedback. I’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team for further consideration.
I cant beliebe Wix will not realise this is a serious issue and security breach and seems to be in no rush to fix this. Appalling!
