Editor X offers a set of tools that are pretty amazing for design. It gives us a great amount of control But often, our team members get tripped up over what affects positioning in a design.
There are pages, sections, grids, containers, grids in containers and more containers with moe girds and so on. Then you have layouters, repeaters, etc. Each of these has formatting tools that cascade downward.
Seems simple. But we are constantly asking ourselves, "Why is this showing here? How do we remove this blank space? Why does it respond this way when we change the browser window within the same breakpoint?
Sometimes we see that the section is overriding the grid or the grid is not set right within a section or a container reverted to unstretched when a change was made.
At times we jump to the conclusion that we have a bug or an error until we dig further to find that in a complex design there are multiple factors affecting the positioning and their attributes.
Is there a complete Editor X guide to all the elements, their hierarchy, and attributes with an explanation of how they interact? This would help our team cope.
