I am using a horizontal menu and I was thinking if I can some how highlight one of the menu items? For example can " Book A Free Call " be another colour to stand out ?

I don’t think that you are using any code for your horizontal menu.
And i also don’t think that you need any code to achieve your aim.
If you are using the standard intergrated “horizontal-menu” by WIX, then you can do it in the settings of the menu (DESIGN-SETTINGS) should be the right way.
But if do not want to use any coding, then you perhaps better should ask your question here…
