# Hooks issues for check boxes

Can someone help us to get the Hooks to work. We need to store text from check boxes in a single database cell. I wanted to check which check boxes are selected, based on that I was going to combine their text in one string and store it in a cell of database. Later retrieve it and show in one text box/text area on another page. so, in this way we will not have check boxes on the screen with true / false or ticks, just written text. Can someone please assist us with this??
