How can I create a line graph linked to each site members input data

Hey, I am trying to create a graph for each member of my site. I have created a carbon footprint calculator and I want each member to be able to track their process week to week. I found a few old forums about this but most of the links came back with a 404. I have just about no coding skills but will learn anything I need to if someone could push me in the right direction.
