I am trying to create an online jewelry rental service but want to replace the quantity input to ‘Number of days to be rented’. I know how to use java script but am finding Corvid rather confusing. I also want to add text besides my price as ‘x$/Price Per Day’ but again, am unable to do so. What do I do?

Wix elements and components (like Wix Stores/Wix Bookings/Wix Blog etc) are proprietary, thus the only control you have over them is what they give you.
You then would be better suited going through Wix Support about this issue as it is not a code issue:

Team can guide you and advice on some available features and otherwise - link your ticket to the relevant feature request.

However, you could create your own alternative (custom store from scratch) and then you would have the ability to customize more features and modify it according to your needs.
