My customer sells smartphone screens. He wants his customers to be able to buy a new screen from him, and during the same shopping session, add a service. The service options are: Repair at clients site, Repair at workshop, Mail-in for repair, Walk-in for repair. All services require an appointment, and three of them carry a fee.
Can anyone suggest how I can get the product AND the service to appear in the same cart and to be paid for in the same session, bearing in mind the service needs to go through the booking system.

I can understand that you need it now, so in case of repair may take some time, maybe you can create products for all kinds of repairs, so customers will be able to offer everything in same Stores tab but under the different product categories.
There will be 2 categories, like products (screen) and services (repair) visitors can purchase in the same cart. I’ve already seen this approach, so I guess it may work for you. In case you do not like this idea, please ping me, maybe some other ideas will come to mind
