How can you change the checkout options in the mobile shop checkout?

On the mobile shop checkout, buttons for “checkout” and “PayPal” are showing up at the top and bottom of the cart page. Its really obnoxious to have this listed twice, especially the big yellow PayPal button. Any tips on how to

get the check-out buttons to only show up at the bottom of the page?
