how can zappier work with wix?

i need to schedule a job every few minutes to fetch data from rss feeds and add them to a dataset. I see the scheduler only works with larger intervals which wont work for my use case. I am trying to avoid rss feeds being probed by every user refresh or user activity. I would rather have it loaded separately and made available through a standard data set.
