How do I add more collection fields information to the Title and Description display on a Pro Gallery with Velo?

Hi, I am using a Pro Gallery that you can check boxes to display a field in the Title and Description areas. Right now I can only use one collection field for each. How could I code something in Velo so that I could add more fields (ex: fields firstName + lastName + address - for the Title, and fields Memo + location for the Description) ?
I’ve searched for hours and just can’t find something that would work.
