How do I change the 'Visitor submits a form' text on the Unsubscribe page

Product: Wix Editor / Wix Email

I’m trying to customize the text that appears on the Unsubscribe Confirmation Page — the page a user sees after they click the unsubscribe link in our email footer.

Right now, it shows the default message:
Unsubscribe from ‘Visitor submits a form’?..” (See screenshot below.)
…but of course, this is terrible wording as it’s not customer-facing.

I’ve checked the settings in all these places: email form, email footer settings, email settings automations, but I can’t find a way to edit this confirmation page directly.

Does anyone know:

• Where (or if) this text can be customized?
• Or if it’s not editable - whether it’s possible to redirect users to a custom confirmation page after unsubscribing?

It’s not currently possible, but just raised it with the team, as I agree it’s a little strange

I’m getting a similar message to but mine is saying “Unsubscribe from An alert by Wix is triggered”. Thought you might like to see that so you can let the dev team know in case it helps them narrow it down.
