How do I enable member-to-member payments using Stripe and communication in Wix?

Question:
Hey, I am trying to enable member-to-member payments via Stripe, but I also want a mandatory information box for the payment that may be emailed to the receiving member. How can I do this?
Product:
This is most relevant for Wix Editor, as I plan to do something with Velo if possible.

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to achieve seamless communication and payments between two members of my site.

What have you already tried:
I have tried looking at Velo documentation, but I don’t see much.

Additional information:
I will need the e-mail of the receiving user, and also the IDs.

There’s triggered emails and automated emails you can create with velo. For stripe, get the API key in the secret manager and you can use secret backend API.
