How do I exclude an element from tab order?

I have been working on a website for a humane organization that rehomes dogs & cats. The application is visible here: https://baccr1.wixsite.com/website/application.

There are several elements that we would like to keep on the form but exclude from the tab order. Specifically, the graphics don’t need to be included. We only want the cursor to move from one input field to another.
