How do I filter out all of the other channels to only show my channel in a reference field?

I’m trying to add a option where people can choose their channel to post content, essentially what I want to happen is when I go into a drop-down menu I want EpicMedia to only show because that’s who’s logged in with that specific channel and making it easier to publish a post while having the channel‘s name and pfp show up.
