I am super frustrated as WIX help/tech support has zero idea how to help me and Ive been given the run around multiple times.
Do any of you host on online course through teachable and funnel your student into a automated email sequence for on boarding?
“Run around”? We are unable to provide full code solutions. Wix provides many resources to help users learn how to get the most out of Corvid. We encourage users to take advantage of these resources which include video tutorials, full app examples (which can be loaded into the user’s editor), API documentation, and a wealth of articles describing a wide range of topics - from beginner to advance.
You may want to check out the Wix Marketplace - it’s a hub where you can look for Corvid (and other) experts for hire.
I was on hold for over an hour and got hung up on after being transferred the first time because the rep didn’t know what Zapier was. Then I got a call back just to have to go through asking the same question 5 times before the person understood my English. It was precisely that, a “run around“ just to end up without answers.
I did post my question in a new thread. Plus I’m reaching out to anyone with experience in teachable and wix emails.
There isn’t coding for complex automation series with cost effective solutions that compare to what’s already working with other providers.
Sadly, I’ll be converting all of my landing pages and email captures in the middle of a launch to avoid long term conflict. I just wish I didn’t spend three hours trying to get an extremely simple answer.
