How do you file a support ticket?

Question:
I can’t file a support ticket. I have Premium plan Plus and should have support. No matter what I do I get sent to the AI chat which does not fix the issue.

I constantly get an errro when trying to upload my product list with images. They are public urls to jpg files. But I can’t get help.

I haven’t actually tried it myself, but I’ve heard that if we tell the Wix chatbot something like “I want support from a real person,” we’ll be connected to a human representative. :thinking:
