How does one delete a field in Booking Form?

The help documentation says this:

  • You can delete, duplicate or edit your custom fields in your form at any time by clicking the icons on the right.

But I don’t see any icons.

Also in a related question…can the booking form, booking calendar and book online all reside on one page instead of 3 separate ones?

I would think it’s because the fields there are default fields and not custom fields. Name , email , phone number , # of participants and address are necessary for some of the settings like getting a confirmation on the user side and Address will only show if the service takes place in the customer’s address.

So something like date of birth that is not a default field can be removed.
