How secure is a password-protected page?

I’ve been asked to provide a proposal for some of my consultancy work but the organisation have asked for a short written proposal supplemented with additional materials elsewhere. I’d like to build a bespoke area on the back of my Wix site that is super duper impressive and that is password protected for them - I can send them the URL and they can login with password (I can imagine others going for this work will use shared Google docs). But is this entirely secure?

I know password protected pages aren’t indexed by Google for instance which is great.

Password protected pages are extremely secure - unless you have the password, you’re not getting in :stuck_out_tongue:

As you mentioned, they are not indexed by Google as well, so they won’t be searchable.
