How to add a 'add to card' button to a repeater?

I have a collection of medicines. I am using a search bar to search for medication by name. There is no price or picture or any other information. You can search for treatment by title only.

When a user searches for a medicine, I want that, ’ the repeater shows the result. So, I want to add a button to the items in the repeater. So, when the user clicks on the button i.e., add to cart / Order now, it should take the order and inform the owner

You want a code or you have already? And you want that function: when the user clicks on the button i.e., add to cart. Right?

No code yet. When user clicks then it should add item to cart and then user will add quantity and then it will checkout.
