How to add html and scss file?

Hello guys i just want to add some code blocks which is made from scss and html languages. So, I wrote a navigation bar with those languages. Can you guys help me how can I add this from my website?

Use a → HTML-COMPONENT and place your HTML+CSS-CODE inside the component.
Or generate your own CUSTOM-ELEMENT if you have a PREMIUM-PLAN.
