I actually was able to find a way. Javan on the Wix HelpDesk was amazing! It was through the combined use of the Wix Bookings and Wix Paid Plans apps. I created two separate services (packages) Member / Non-Member and then used the Bookings Widget to create separate pages for each, changing the permissions on the Member package to Member only and linking to each from a “Membership” page that outlined the various packages and requirements for booking!
