How to build a minimized navigation bar revealed on scroll

I want to create a navigation bar that is initially large but on scroll is a stick minimized bar.

I think the was available on Wix using Hide on Load, but I can’t see how to do this in Wix Studio.

I am trying to achieve an initially tall nav that turns into a thin ribbon sticky at the top of the screen.

I found resources for Wix, but not Wix Studio, including in Academy.
