**I’m having trouble with**
I can’t even change the color of the entire paragraph element nor the title element.

**Working in**
Wix Studio Editor

**What I’m trying to do**
I was expecting to just highlight a text and change the color of the highlighted characters, but at the Inspector or the Floating Settings, there’s no option to change the color. There’s Color written on the Inspector, but below it is blank.

Is it impossible or am I being dumb?

Thank you!

I believe you can select a word and then change its settings. I was able to do that few days ago.

Shared the solution in another topic the other day:

> If you hover over the right side, where it says “Color”, you’ll see that the text is actually white 🫢 It’s a bug that the border is missing on lighter backgrounds and the team is working on a fix.

This sets the color for the whole component. You’ll either need code, or to split the content down 🙂

@Grupo_Norden
// Replace ‘red’ with your hex code (e.g., ‘#FF0000’) or color name
$w(‘#textElement’).html = `<p style="color: red;">${$w('#textElement').text}</p>`;
