How to check a single active login with a particular email at a time on a member's restricted page

I have an educational content, videos and resources to sell on a restricted page (with member roles). Some students can use a single email and watch my content on multiple devices. How do I keep check that a particular page is viewed by one email only at one time. If same email try to view page on other device, then it should denied access.
