i tried to creat a dynamic page that will present a particular emmbed post from facebook that will be changed when the title at the database chage.
my final Purpose is to make a dynamic page to my facebook post.
i will Appreciate any help

if you want to pass data from a page to a html component or from a html component to a page, then look at using HTML Component along with the onMessage and postMessage .
You can also look at using Modal windows too.
