This feature has since been released I’m not sure if you are aware, but I wanted to reach out just in case!
By default, price quotes do not automatically convert to invoices when they are accepted. You can enable or disable this option at any time.
To manually convert a price quote into an invoice:

Go to Price Quotes in your site’s dashboard.

Click the Show More icon next to the price quote you want to convert.

Click Convert to Invoice .
