How to force a webpage element to fit the screen?

Hello,
I’ve noticed that the primary element on this website, which is the background video:

https : // pblevinsdesign . co . uk /

automatically resizes if you click F11 or resize in general, to perfectly fit the screen whatever you do.
Do you have any idea how to do it in Wix?
Sorry for the spaces but this is the only way to put a link here. Any help much appreciated.
