Question 1. I would like the button that I made after hovering over the repeater not to cover the button, in layers I cannot move the button over the repeater.

What do you mean by “the button that I made after hovering over the repeater not to cover the button”?
You will need to provide more information. What is it that you are trying to accomplish? What do you have so far? Show us your code in a code block so that we can what you are doing.

The main problem that you are having is that you have set up the Repeater and the buttons incorrectly. Instead of adding a button over each Repeater element, you just need to attach a button to the Repeater item, and the button will automatically be included (repeated) in all of the repeater items.
