Here’s how to help your client remove the unwanted customer.ai bot from their Wix website, even if it’s not listed among installed apps:

**Possible Scenarios and Solutions:**

1. **Embedded Code Snippet:**

- Customer.ai might be integrated through a custom code snippet added to the website.
  - **Solution:** Access the Wix Editor and navigate to the page(s) where the bot appears.
  - **Solution:** Click on “More Actions” (three dots) and select “Code.”
  - **Solution:** Search for any code related to “customer.ai” or chatbots. If found, carefully remove the relevant snippet and publish the changes.

1. **Wix Marketplace Integration (Less Likely):**

- In rare cases, customer.ai might be integrated through a Wix Marketplace app that doesn’t show up in the installed apps list.
  - **Solution:** Contact Wix support to inquire about any hidden integrations or marketplace apps that might be responsible for the bot.
