How to remove the Confirmation Email in the authentication.register?

Hey there,

The Confirmation Email is enabled. However, it is inconsistent.
Sometimes it sends the code, sometimes it does not send the code and just directly register the user. And worst, it does not send the code at all and let the user hanging.
