How to retrieve values from "Calculator Builder App"

Hi,
I am using the calculator builder app to get my users to enter some values and display some results based on that.
Now I want to be able to retrieve the current values in the calculator and store them into some fields of a database collection when the user clicks on a ‘submit’ button.
Is this possible to implement in code?
For example, I want the following values of the calculator to directly be stored as a new item in a collection?
