How to "Save" input data from a form

Hi, I would like to create a website where my collaborators can access from online reserved area and enter data contracts just signed. The collected data must be recorded in a database.
My work:
In a new site (agents.2local.it) I created a form connected to a db.
This give the permission to some collaborators to access this restricted area and register the contracts (even from mobile) …
I created the db
I created the form with all the fields connected to the db
but I can not understand why the “save” button does not save the data entered by the agent in the online form …
I would also like to give employees the opportunity to search and find (by date or by name, ecc…) a contract, modify it , ecc…
In addition to the customer data must upload photos, scans or images even from smartphones (for this I added the “+ image” button).

Did you connected save button to sdame dataset and set action “submit” in connection panel for it?

So i checked your site. All fields are inactive because you set permissions to site member, but i don’t see logging mechanizm on site - is there member login button?
If i set permissions to anyone to all - submitting works without any problems

Hi,

First, for your ‘RegistrazioneClienti’ collection, change the Insert permission to ‘Anyone’.
You do not have site members on your site and therefore the form will break with the current configuration on your live site.

Second, modify the dataset permissions to Write only. Read permission is unnecessary since agents will be only submitting information using this form.

Otherwise, in preview mode the form is working as expected, I was able to submit data to the sandbox collection.

Can anyone help here? I am trying to set up my dataset but i can’t see the Userdetails db collection.Where have i gone wrong?
