Hi - thank you for your kind reply, yes I eventually tried it on Edge and it worked, my problem was that all of my passwords etc were on Firefox and to be honest I panicked a bit because I am getting on a bit and didn’t remember what to do while trying to speak to the girl who was trying to tell me to try this and that, it still doesn’t work on firefox even after clearing the cache and checking I have the latest version of Firefox
Hi Steven, I did try that but I was getting very stressed trying to keep up with what the lady was trying to tell me, she sent me the same thing by e-mail thats on the fixes list, and when I tried it on Edge I got in to my site, however after trying the fixes it still doesn’t work on Firefox
