I am trying to impoart a CVS of products to my website.

I have importated a CVS to my website about a week ago. I needed to fix it because some of the images where off and recent price changes.

I figured it would be easier to delete everything and reupload the new CVS. I deleted all the old products but when I go to add a new CVS the button is grayed out.

I do get a message that “You imported 70 products! Keep working while we upload your images in the background.” on the dashboard but I think this is from the old deleted products because I cannot get past the grayed out button. I no longer have any products from the CVS on the website because I deleted them to make room for the new CVS.

It is like the website is stuck. Any help would be great.

You imported it in LIVE or in SANDBOX?
You deleted DATA in LIVE or in SANDBOX ?

You need to contact Wix Support for that. That is Wix Stores App. It has nothing to do with Corvid. You need technical support.

Hi Katie, did you ever get this fixed? I am having exactly the same problem!

Only wix support can fix it. They will go in and reset it for you.
