# I cannot sign up people anymore on my site

**I’m having trouble with**  
approveByToken and approveByEmail are not working anymore

**Working in**  
Wix Studio Editor

I’m not sure if you resolved it since I went to the site and I was able to signup and I received the confirmation to approve on my end as well.
