I have page links at the bottom of some pages. The links load the page from the bottom then scrolls up to the top. How do load from the top?

Has this issue of of pages loading from bottom scrolling up been resolved yet, wondering when will the “advanced page transition capabilities” be added…

haven’t figured a way around this yet…
