How to fix the login issue “We ran into a problem. If you’re in private mode (incognito), switch to regular browsing or try again later.” after payment

What are you trying to achieve:
I need to login my account
What have you already tried:
I allow all permissions on the login page " users.wix.com" and I use both regular and incognito browser. Also I have used 3 laptops to try but same issue occured.
