My needs are simple except in one regard. Mostly by drag and drop, I need to allow the user to manipulate, use, lock, and keep the history of a line item order in a contextually selective editable hierarchy. The rest of the interface model I have fleshed out is straight forward.
Can Corvid or any part of the rest of Wix gracefully handle these requirements?

But I am not interested in buying or selling anything to users.
I want to set up an app with a line-item editor for the user to create and manage a line item hierarchy that outputs and restructures formatted reporting of daily line item specifics and choices, and also keeps a daily history with certain carefully designed search and reporting capabilities.
Again, I have no plan to buy or sell anything with the app. Only manage, track and analyze current and historical hierarchy and choices.
