How do I keep the elements and text at %?

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to keep it at the same location as I put it in the editor but making it responsive by changing size (but not location) when screen resolution changes.
What have you already tried:
I tried switching back to % but it goes back to pixels. I tried unchecking element auto docks.
