If yes, yes this is possible.

Or are you asking how to do this?

If yes, you create a dynamic item page, design it with text elements that connect to the answers and use code to retrieve and display the document as an embed.

I am sure I have an old tutorial somewhere on Youtube on how to embed a PDF on a dynamic page. But the newest requirement on that is that the site must have an active Wix premium plan and you must have a domain connected to the site.
