Again thank you for this in-depth response, it’s really appreciated.
To cut a long story short yeah, the Interactive Animations from 0:45 of the same video is exactly what I was attracted to and what I wanted to implement into my design as a sort of dropdown portfolio view.
So when it comes to Web it’s a little confusing for me, I know what I want, just not how to build it haha. If you’re a web developer and would know how to do this as you say in Velo then I would be more than happy to exchange emails and take it from there, now if this was something you could help me with, I wouldn’t allow you to do it for free because as a designer I know how valuable personal time is, even if it’s enough for a few coffees 
I would pay something.
