iframe IOS rendering at low quality

Hello, I am using iframe to add onto my site, which works great for PC, but when I load the iframe on my IOS device, the model-viewer renders the model at a low quality until the iframe is tapped or interacted with.
I contacted the model-viewer devs and they think it is to do with the iframe not requesting full resources to render the high quality model.

My question is, can I change anything with the iframe to make it load my model in high quality straight away? why does my model only go high quality when I tap the iframe. heres a video demo.

I just want to add, I have found a kind of solution to this, the model doesn’t render at full quality but much better than before. I added this to the top of my iframe
