Image fails to load in rare cases. Preload issue?

So in a smal example of how i think it goes.
Await Image1.hide
Await Image2.hide
Await Image1.show

Wil actualy pile up wich makes image1.show on top and first completes.
Then image2.hide
Then image1.hide
