Import Data in Content Manager not working

When I attempt to import data into a collection I am unable to do so. I get to the page, “Review File Import” and that is as far as I can go. I do not have the ability to scroll down. It just displays the first three items and I can’t see any other items or the Import button.

You will have to have a verified format on the csv with column names first.


Then you just run the wizard.

I do have the same problem : both button “back” and “import” don’t apear on the sceen "review file import, and I can’t scroll down. The csv file format is ok, with column names first
The only way to import file is to have a very small file with only 2 columns, so I don’t need to scroll down and I can see the ‘import’ button

I too am okay on the csv file. The “Import Popup Window” doesn’t provide enough space at the bottom or a scroll bar to get to the bottom. I can upload a csv file containing only 2 “Fields” (columns). Three and above and I lose the tip of the import button and I am essentially staring at a frozen screen.

can you share a sample of your csv? Also, which browser are you using? Some screenshots with the issue would be most helpful.

I was using Firefox, but I tried Chrome because you asked which browser and it works. I’m sure you want it to work with the big name browsers, so I included screenshots of the issue and of my Excel file.

Again, the bottom section is pushed down. An import with three columns pushes it completely off.
