Import data not working in content manager

Hi all

Since 24/2/2021, we have not been able to import data to collections using the contact manager. Some files are large (+10000 rows) while others are small (50 rows). The issue is happening across collections. We are able to select the file and confirm the data but then the loading modal appears and it just hangs.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

uploading 10k+ rows isn’t allowed.

Hi Kristof. I had also believed this was the case but we’ve been doing a daily import of around 15000 rows for about a year now. In any case, the issue is happening for all imports, large and small.
